Propane is available at an affordable price of only $2.49 per gallon, ensuring accessibility for all customers.

We proudly accept Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for propane, energy logs and wood-burning pellets. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Community Action Team for support.

 Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders totaling $3,000 or more! 

For smaller orders a delivery fee starting at $30 will apply.  We deliver all over Columbia County. Please note- areas beyond Scappoose & Lower Deer Island are subject to additional $5 per every 5 miles.

If an item is unavailable or not part of our inventory, we are pleased to offer the option of a special order. Please note that special orders necessitate full payment in advance and are considered final sales. Shipments typically arrive one to three times per week to ensure prompt delivery. To place a special order, kindly contact us with your requirements, complete your payment at the time of order, and collect the item when it is ready. Payments may be made by phone or at the time of pick-up, using credit card, cash, or check.

We provide tailored pole barn plans to assist you in initiating your next project, whether it be a shop, barn, she-shed, or storage building.

Due to weekly price fluctuations, we are unable to maintain fixed quotes. However, by sharing a few details about your project, we can usually deliver a personalized quote promptly and efficiently.

Do you require a  cutting services for your project or transportation needs? We are here to assist you! For just $1 per cut, we will provide custom lengths tailored to your specifications. Please be aware that payment must be made in full prior to the cutting process. While we take great care in our measurements, we cannot guarantee the precision of each cut. Additionally, we only offer cross cuts; rip cuts and angled cuts are not available.

 We specialize in constructing a variety of outdoor products, including chicken coops, picnic tables, dog kennels, garden wagons, cedar planter boxes, wheelbarrows, and much more. Customers have the option to purchase our kits for at-home assembly or entrust us with the assembly process for their convenience.
